This is a 2BD 2BA family home home. This is my second ever NO CC Sims 4 Speed Build Family Home. It's rare that I build without CC so this was such a challenge. Overall, I am happy with the outcome. I used a lot of dark color tones in this build, so feel free to download this lot & brighten up the place!
